The Coveralls are a Knoxville-bred band that seeks to change lives one night at a time. Or is it change time one life a night? Either way, they pursue a rigorous all-cover philosophy that seats heavily in the Nineteen-eighties but draws from any time period. That’s the science of it. But to make an evening of cover songs into something memorable takes more than physics. To both give and receive covers in the most positive and fulfilling way, one must employ the body and the mind. And sometimes alcohol.
